1. Practitioner Standards
Condition of use — all Crystal Heart® practitioners must adhere to these standards:
- Prohibited from using a person's distress, vulnerability, or fear to pressure them into purchasing additional services.
- Must not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
- Therapists, coaches, and counsellors must not claim to diagnose or treat mental health conditions without recognised clinical qualifications.
- All practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications relevant to their service (e.g., Reiki certification, counselling credentials, CBT, NLP, professional body membership).
- Caroline personally vets and approves every practitioner before they join the platform.

4. Complaints & Reporting
- Users can report a practitioner or raise a safeguarding concern through the platform.
- All complaints are reviewed by Caroline directly.
- Practitioners found in breach of these standards may have their access suspended or revoked.
