Safeguarding & Practitioner Standards

1. Practitioner Standards

Condition of use — all Crystal Heart® practitioners must adhere to these standards:

  • Prohibited from using a person's distress, vulnerability, or fear to pressure them into purchasing additional services.
  • Must not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
  • Therapists, coaches, and counsellors must not claim to diagnose or treat mental health conditions without recognised clinical qualifications.
  • All practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications relevant to their service (e.g., Reiki certification, counselling credentials, CBT, NLP, professional body membership).
  • Caroline personally vets and approves every practitioner before they join the platform.

4. Complaints & Reporting

  • Users can report a practitioner or raise a safeguarding concern through the platform.
  • All complaints are reviewed by Caroline directly.
  • Practitioners found in breach of these standards may have their access suspended or revoked.
