1. Who This Agreement Applies To

This agreement applies to all individuals who create and publish content on the Crystal Heart Mind platform ("Creators").

2. Content Standards

By publishing on Crystal Heart Mind, you agree that all content:

Is your own original work or you hold full rights to use it
Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
Is appropriate for a wellness audience — no offensive, harmful, or misleading content
Does not make medical claims, diagnose conditions, or promise specific health outcomes
Complies with UK advertising standards and ASA guidelines

3. Brand Sharing & Promotion

By publishing content on Crystal Heart Mind, you agree to share your work and presence with the Crystal Heart Mind brand and the wider Crystal Heart ecosystem (Crystal Heart Radio, Crystal Heart Psychics, Crystal Heart Academy, Crystal Heart Mind — all operated by Crystal Heart Visions Ltd).

This means:

Crystal Heart Visions Ltd may feature your name, profile, and sessions in promotional materials across any Crystal Heart platform
Your content and presence may be cross-promoted across the Crystal Heart ecosystem on social media, newsletters, and partner platforms
Crystal Heart Visions Ltd may use your name and likeness (profile photo, bio) to promote the Crystal Heart brand
You will not be compensated separately for this promotional use beyond your standard 40% revenue share
You may request removal of specific promotional uses by contacting info@crystalheartmind.com

This clause does not transfer ownership of your content — you retain ownership of your original scripts and creative work. It grants Crystal Heart Visions Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to promote and feature your work within the Crystal Heart ecosystem.

4. Permitted Content Types

Creators may only publish:

Guided Meditation sessions (audio)
Hypnosis sessions (audio)

All other content types (articles, resources, courses) are produced exclusively by the Crystal Heart Mind editorial team.

5. Revenue & Payouts

Creators receive 40% of net revenue after payment processing fees generated by their published content.
The remaining 60% supports the technology, AI voice production, hosting, distribution, platform operations and other costs involved in providing Crystal Heart Mind as a publishing and discovery platform.
Our revenue-sharing model may be reviewed from time to time as platform costs, distribution channels and operating requirements evolve.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Creators must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payments.
Payouts are made monthly for balances over £20.

6. AI-Assisted Content

Crystal Heart® Mind provides AI-assisted creation tools, including AI-generated text and AI voice technology, to support creators in producing content for the platform.

Where a Creator uses AI tools provided by Crystal Heart® Mind, the Creator remains responsible for reviewing and approving the resulting content before publication and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms and the Content Standards.

Creators may also upload or provide their own scripts, voice recordings, music, artwork or other material for use in their content. The Creator is responsible for ensuring that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions and licences for any material they provide or submit to any AI tool.

Creators must not knowingly submit copyrighted, confidential, private or otherwise unauthorised material to an AI tool where they do not have the right to do so.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content must not be presented as professional medical, psychological, legal or other regulated advice or as being created by a human professional where that would be misleading.

The Creator is responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness and compliance with these Terms before publication.

Crystal Heart Visions Ltd does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted material will qualify for copyright protection or that a Creator will obtain exclusive intellectual property rights in such material.

7. Pricing

Meditation & Sleep sessions: fixed at £4.99
Healing, Wellness & Confidence sessions: minimum £9.99
Hypnosis sessions: minimum £9.99
Creators may set higher prices within their category.

8. Removal of Content

Crystal Heart Visions Ltd reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these terms, without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts that repeatedly breach this agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
